We are a welcoming and inclusive church community, journeying together in faith as we follow the life and teachings of Jesus. Rooted in compassion and grace, we create space for every person to bring their whole self—imperfect, beloved, and worthy—into worship and service. Through uplifting Sunday gatherings and meaningful engagement, we renew our hope, deepen our purpose, and remember that while we strive to do more, what we bring is always enough. Together, we seek connection, meaning, and a fuller experience of God’s love in our lives and in the world.
Our Mission
What We Believe
About God
God is the source and sustainer of all life, the creative force behind the universe and the love that holds it together. We know God in many ways—including through the language of Creator, Christ, and Spirit. God’s presence is dynamic and relational, always working for healing, justice, and renewal in our world.
About Jesus
Jesus reveals the heart of God—a love that crosses boundaries, lifts up the vulnerable, and calls us to embody compassion. In his life, death, and resurrection, we see both the cost of injustice and the power of redemptive love. Following Jesus means practicing grace, seeking peace, and living with courage and humility.
About Humanity
Each person is created in the image of God, inherently beloved and uniquely gifted. Though we often harm one another and ourselves, God’s love does not let us go. Through Christ’s example and the Spirit’s movement, we are invited to grow, to change, and to become more fully who we are created to be.
About the Bible
The Bible is a sacred collection of diverse voices and stories through which generations have encountered the living God. We take it seriously, but not always literally—trusting that its truth is deeper than facts alone. Inspired by the Spirit and interpreted in community, it continues to guide us, challenge us, and call us to live with love, courage, and justice.
About the Church
The church is not a building or a denomination, but a people shaped by Jesus’ call to love God and neighbor. As a UCC congregation, we walk in a long tradition of faithful questioning, courageous witness, and radical welcome. We believe that Christian community is where we learn to practice justice, mercy, and hope together.
About Differences Among People
We believe diversity is a reflection of God’s image. People of every race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, and background are fully welcome, fully valued, and fully loved. Our differences are not obstacles—they are gifts that enrich our shared journey toward wholeness.
