Our Food Pantry is open 24/7 and is completely anonymous.

It’s located at the back of the church – just look for the sign and help yourself!

The First Congregational Church of Paxton is proud to host one of the only 24/7 anonymous access food pantries in Central Massachusetts. Open at all hours, every day of the week, our pantry is a simple but powerful way to care for our neighbors. No forms. No questions. Just compassion.

Located near the back entrance of the church in a white cabinet and freezer, the pantry is stocked with non-perishable foods, frozen goods, and basic necessities. Anyone in the community is welcome to come and take what they need, whenever they need it.

We also keep a comment and suggestion sheet on site, where visitors can let us know about specific items they’re looking for. This helps us serve our community more effectively.

How to Support the Food Pantry

If you are in a position to donate food, we gladly accept the following items (just be sure everything is unopened, clearly labeled, and within its sell-by date):

  • Dried goods like pasta, rice, and cereal
  • Canned goods such as soups, beans, vegetables, and tuna
  • Toiletries and personal hygiene items (toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc.)
  • Baby food, formula, and kid-friendly snacks and meals

Your generosity fills more than shelves—it fills hearts and brings hope. Thank you for helping us care for our neighbors with compassion and grace.
